Love To Travel. Tour company platform

The website answers in 3 languages.

Love To Travel is a Filipino and American owned tour company. Purple Cow built and runs its platform: the public tour site, the traveler account, the staff admin, an independent agent program with its own portal, and a Facebook Messenger bot.

AI answers the questions that come every day. A person confirms every seat, checks every payment, and approves every agent.

How it works

  1. InA message on FacebookA customer asks about a tour: the price, the dates, the installments, the departure city.
  2. AIThe bot answersAI reads the live tour list from the website and answers in the customer's language: English, Taglish or Bisaya.
  3. PersonThe team takes overBooking, payment, discounts, visas, complaints, or a date not on the list: the bot hands the chat to a person, in the right language.
  4. OutA confirmed seatA person records the deposit. That 1 action builds the traveler's document checklist, the agent's commission line and the emails.

Where the work happens

  1. The Love To Travel tours page: filters for destination, month and budget, and tour cards with prices.

The tour list the bot reads

Every trip, price and departure is published here. The bot answers from this list and nothing else, so it cannot promise a seat or a price that does not exist.

  2. The Love To Travel staff page that lists questions visitors asked the website assistant and the answers they got.

Every answer, read by a person

Each conversation with the website assistant lands here. A visitor can give an answer a thumbs down, and those come to the top for the team to review.

  3. The Love To Travel sales board: columns for new, contacted, waiting on the client, booked and did not book.

    1 board for every lead

Messages from Facebook, the website and the agents land on 1 board, from new to booked. The team moves each one by hand.

  4. The Love To Travel follow ups page: late, today and coming up, each with a Done button.

    Nothing waits on memory

Every call back and document check has a date and an owner. The late ones show first.

What AI does

  • Answers Messenger questions from the live tour list, within 7 seconds, in English, Taglish or Bisaya. Any error or timeout hands the chat to a person.
  • Answers questions on the website from the published tours, the next departures, the document rules per country and the cancellation policy. 20 questions per visitor per hour.
  • Writes 3 social media caption drafts for an agent, in her own voice, from verified tour facts. Code checks every draft before she sees it: no commission amounts, no accreditation claims, no urgency.
  • Drafts a 2 sentence summary and 4 highlights for a new tour, only from what staff typed.

What people do

  • Confirm every seat. The AI never confirms availability.
  • Record deposits, check payment proofs against the bank account, and pay agents on the 5th and 20th.
  • Approve or decline every agent application and check every uploaded government ID.
  • Read the chat logs. A thumbs down from a visitor is the review queue.

What is under the hood

Each agent sees only their own travelers. Nobody can see a passport number, not even the staff.

The rules for the AI live in 1 place. Changing what the bot may say is 1 change, checked by a person.

Before every release a test opens the site on a phone. If it fails, the release does not go out.

Reminders, payout batches and the agent welcome series run on a schedule, so nobody has to remember them.
