A supervisor in the room
A Purple Cow supervisor works in the same room as your people and tracks attendance every working day. When the desk, computer, internet, or power has a problem, we raise a ticket and fix it.
HR
We employ the person, pay them, and handle the government contributions. If they leave, we replace them.
Management
You direct the work and set the priorities. We manage the person day to day in the office. Every month, we send you a report with attendance, work done, and issues resolved.
